Ages
Kindergarten thru 8th Grade with training divided into 4 practice groups:
Kindergarten
1st - 2nd Grade
3rd - 4th Grade
5th - 8th Grade
Girls (Girls may also attend age level practice)
3rd - 8th Advanced Room
When
Practice runs October 7, 2024 thru December 19, 2024.
AAU State practice for all ages will continue from December 30th, 2024 to February 27th, 2025.

Training is held within the Ankeny School Community District.

2023-2024
KINDERGARTEN - 1 NIGHT A WEEK
This group meets once a week and is tailored for younger, less experienced athletes/wrestlers and we concentrate on movements, skills, technique, and strength under a fun atmosphere. The cost for K-1st grade is $100 and includes memory mate photo and club shirt.
1ST-2ND GRADE - 2 NIGHTS A WEEK
This group meets two nights a week and is also tailored for younger, less experienced athletes/wrestlers and we concentrate on the same movements, skills, technique, and strength under a fun atmosphere as the 1st-2nd grade group. The cost for 1st-2nd grade is $200 and includes memory mate photo and club shirt.
3RD-4TH GRADE - 2 NIGHTS A WEEK
This group meets two times a week.This group is also tailored to work with all experience levels for our athletes/wrestlers. We concentrate on the same movements, skills, technique, and strength under a fun atmosphere. The cost for this group is $200 and includes memory mate photo and club shirt.
5TH GRADE- 8TH GRADE 3 NIGHTS A WEEK
This group meets three times a week and is for older, more experienced and competitive wrestlers and is designed to involve a more rigorous workout, accelerated technique, and a higher level of competitive activities. However beginners are more than welcome and will be paired with wrestlers of equal skill. The cost for 5th-7th grade is $200 and includes memory mate photo and club shirt.
8TH GRADE for $75 to allow these athletes to continue beyond their school season and prepare for AAU districts and state.
GIRLS ONLY! 1 NIGHT A WEEK
This group will meet one night a week and is tailored for GIRLS! If you have a girl interested in wrestling this is for you!
Girls are also invited to their regular grade level combined practice group to allow them 3 nights of practice per week for $200. Cost includes a club t-shirt and memory mate photo.
Multi-family discount: You MUST pay full price for your first registered athlete. If you are registering more than one athlete you may use code MULTIFAM for each additional athlete that you register. **This will be audited and you will be billed if code is not used correctly**
