AWC Freestyle
Freestyle wrestling is an international form of wrestling, one of three styles instructed at the AWC. This form of wrestling develops attacks to clean finishes as well as more explosive throwing positions in athletes.

3rd Grade to 12th Grade (based on grade the athlete is entering)
